  • How does the return process work?

    The return process is simple and consists of a few steps:

    1. Fill out the return form:
       You can find the return form here
       You don’t need to print it or include it in the package.

    2. Prepare the package:
       Include the completed return form and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) in the shipment.

    3. Send the package to the following address:

    4. Refund:
       Once we receive and verify your return, we will issue a refund within 3 business days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

  • How much time do I have to return an item?

    Under applicable law you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased item without giving a reason. The product should be unused and in its original condition. Simply fill in the return form and send the parcel back to our address.

  • When and how will I get my refund?

    We issue refunds within 3 business days of receiving the returned parcel, always using the same payment method you chose at purchase:

    • card payment – refund to the same card,
    • bank transfer – refund to the account the payment was made from,
    • online payments (PayU, PayPal) – refund via the same system.
  • Can I exchange a purchased product for another one?

    We do not offer direct exchanges, but the process is just as simple: return the purchased product and place a new order. If you are in a hurry, you can order the right product right away – you do not have to wait for the return to be completed. Once we receive and verify the return, we will refund your money within 3 business days.

  • Can I return an item at your physical store?

    Yes, you can also return an item in person at our location in Warsaw (ul. VI Poprzeczna 23). We do not offer direct exchanges, but we will accept the return on the spot and refund you according to your chosen payment method – you can also buy a new, suitable product right away.

  • What condition should the returned item be in?

    The returned product should be unused, complete and in undamaged condition – ideally with its original packaging and tags. Include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the completed return form. This lets us process your return smoothly and refund you faster.

  • What is the difference between a return and a complaint?

    A return (withdrawal from the contract) means cancelling your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason – it applies to fully functional products. A complaint concerns faulty products or goods not compliant with the contract, and you file it under statutory warranty or guarantee. We are happy to help in both cases – contact us and we will advise the best solution.

  • How do I choose the right boxing glove size?

    Boxing glove size is given in ounces (oz) and depends mainly on your body weight and type of training:

    • 10 oz – lighter athletes and technical pad work,
    • 12 oz – all-round size for bag and pad work (up to ~65 kg),
    • 14 oz – the most popular choice for training and light sparring (~65–80 kg),
    • 16 oz – sparring and athletes over 80 kg (more padding and better protection for your partner).

    Use smaller sizes for bag and pad work, and heavier gloves for sparring. Not sure which to pick? Contact us and we will help you choose the right model.

  • How do I care for combat sports gear?

    We recommend cleaning your gear regularly and storing it in a dry place. Wash bags for hand wraps and wraps are a great way to keep everything hygienic.

  • Which combat sports brands do you offer?

  • What is the difference between MMA gloves and boxing gloves?

    Boxing gloves are thick, heavily padded and cover the whole hand – they protect your wrist and your partner during striking exchanges. MMA gloves are much lighter (usually 4–7 oz) and have open fingers, which allows grappling and ground work. Choose boxing gloves for boxing and Muay Thai, and MMA gloves for MMA training. For bag work, universal training gloves also work well.

  • A product I want is out of stock – will it be available again?

    We receive new deliveries every week, so many products return to the store within a short time. We cannot always confirm the exact availability date of a specific model in advance, so we encourage you to check the website regularly or contact us – we will check whether we can order the product for you.
